1. Defining the Games

Enforcerbation games are counter-games, by players enticing cops into committing actions, and then turning tables on them within judicial system games.   That is, getting cops excited about having their way with you and then frustrating them. If you like, you can think of this as gaming the games....

Use guerrilla lawfare against the system players to break their games. Within guerrilla lawfare:
  • know now what you want to do then
  • keep to yourself from most that you know anything about anything
  • get the other guys to provide your supplies.
The pay-off for you is that you waste system-players' resources using their tools, their techniques, their time, and their rules against them.

Judicial system games resemble crooked card games. They are about perception, not reality; they are about what you can get folks to do, not about what you can prove.

The judge resembles the dealer who shuffles a deck of marked cards so that 'gold' cards sink to the bottom of the deck, and 'poop' cards rise to the top of the deck. The judge has a loaded gun pointed at the mark (defendant).

The prosecutor resembles the designated prize-winner to whom the judge deals from the bottom of the deck.

The defence lawyer resembles the designated enabler who distracts the mark.

Jurors resemble dozers who sleep-walk toward desired decisions through the influence of the prosecutor.

Witnesses resemble witlesses that include tesiliars.....

Case law, legislation, and court rules resemble marked cards.
